1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and accept the Health Notice, which forms part of these terms.

2. Nature of the service

Elegí Entrenar provides workout plans and nutrition estimates generated automatically from the data you enter. It is not personalized medical, nutritional or professional advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, [Nombre legal de tu empresa] and its directors, employees and contractors will not be liable for injuries, harm to health, or any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, Elegí Entrenar, from performing the exercises, or from following the nutrition recommendations. The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of results. If applicable law does not allow any of these exclusions, total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

4. Subscriptions, prices and currencies

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your profile and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or Mercado Pago depending on the method you choose. If you pay in a currency other than the one displayed, the final amount may include conversion and fees from your bank or payment processor. Refunds are governed by applicable law and by the policy published in the app. 14-day guarantee: if it is your first subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, from your profile or by writing to soporte@elegientrenar.com; this is in addition to any rights your local law gives you (such as a cooling-off period). While your subscription stays active without interruption, its price will not increase.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell or distribute Elegí Entrenar's content, or use the service fraudulently.

6. Languages

These terms are available in several languages. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails unless the law of your country provides otherwise.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes and ask you to accept them again.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [país y ciudad], without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your place of residence.
