Refund policy

Summary: if it's your first subscription, you get a 14-day full money-back guarantee. Mini courses, add-ons and the HIIT program bought separately also have 14 days, as long as you haven't started them.

1. Premium subscription

If it's your first subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, from your profile or by writing to soporte@elegientrenar.com. You can cancel anytime: cancelling stops renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. 3- and 12-month plans are paid upfront; outside the 14-day guarantee and the legal withdrawal period, the unused part is not refunded, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Mini courses

You can cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of payment for a full refund, as long as you haven't opened the course, downloaded its PDF or asked us to email it. We warn you before you open a course. If you bought a bundle, the whole bundle is refunded. To request it, use the “I changed my mind” button in your courses or write to soporte@elegientrenar.com.

3. Add-ons, HIIT program and personal coach

One-time add-ons (meal plan, mobility and stretching, 28-day challenge and the 3-pack): you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment, as long as you haven't started using them. Opening them, viewing them or downloading their PDF counts as starting. If you bought the pack, the whole pack is refunded. To request it, write to soporte@elegientrenar.com.

HIIT program: the first week is free. If you buy it separately, you can request a refund within 14 calendar days of payment as long as you haven't started the paid weeks. One-to-one personal coach: not sold on the website or through Paddle; it's arranged in a prior chat with us, where we also agree on the price, payment method and cancellation terms.

4. How and when you get your money back

In Argentina, payments are processed by Mercado Pago and refunds go back to the same payment method. Outside Argentina, the Merchant of Record is Paddle.com: Paddle issues the refund to the same payment method, and you can also request it directly at paddle.net. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few days to show.

5. Your rights

This policy is in addition to any rights your local law gives you, such as a right of withdrawal or cooling-off period. For digital content, by opening it you agree to its immediate delivery; from then on the right of withdrawal no longer applies, unless your local law provides otherwise.
