How to do it, step by step
- From standing, squat down and place your hands on the floor.
- Step or jump your feet back into a push-up position.
- Bring your feet back next to your hands.
- Stand up and jump with arms overhead. For less impact, step your feet and skip the jump.
Common mistakes
- Letting your hips sag when you kick back.
- Rounding your back as you squat down.
- Sacrificing form for speed.
